General information and properties:
Palmarosa essential oil brings together various qualities for skin care; deodorant, antibacterial, skin regenerator and healing.
Highly valued for the treatment of various dermatological conditions.
Its broad-spectrum antibacterial and fungicidal quality is remarkable due to its high geraniol content, recognized as an insecticide, insecticide and moderate antiparasitic.
Geranyl acetate gives it spasmolytic properties at a nervous and muscular level.

Contraindications:
Do not apply during pregnancy or during lactation.
Do not apply to babies or children under 5 years of age.
Its use is reserved exclusively for adolescents and adults, due to its high geraniol content.
Requires medical supervision in case of asthmatic patients.

Dilute 1 drop of Palmarosa essential oil in 4 drops of Safflower vegetable oil.
Apply to the affected area 2 times a day for a maximum period of 3 consecutive weeks; after a break of 1 week repeat the treatment.

Dermatology

Acne

Dilute 2 drops of Palmarosa essential oil in 8 drops of Safflower vegetable oil.
Apply to the affected area after cleaning it.
In case of very localized condition: Apply a drop of pure essential oil on each rash.

Eczema

Dilute 1 drop of Palmarosa essential oil in 4 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Gently massage the affected area.

Impetigo

Dilute 1 drop of Palmarosa essential oil in 4 drops of Safflower vegetable oil.
Apply to the affected area 2 times a day for a maximum period of 3 consecutive weeks; after a break of 1 week repeat the treatment.

Cutaneous mycoses

Mix 1 drop of Palmarosa essential oil with 1 drop of Tea Tree essential oil and dilute in 8 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Apply to the affected area.

Perspiration / Deodorant

Apply a drop of Palmarosa essential oil to each armpit after showering for a maximum period of 3 consecutive weeks; after a week break repeat the process.
In case of sensitive skin: Dilute 1 drop of Palmarosa essential oil in 4 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Apply the same process.

Gynecology
Labor
Dilute 5 drops of Palmarosa essential oil in 5 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Massage the lower part of the back until completely absorbed into the skin.
Observation: Palmarosa essential oil relieves pain, favors uterine contractions and facilitates the expulsion of the baby during childbirth.

Dilute 1 drop of Palmarosa essential oil in 9 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Massage the lower abdomen and back 2 to 3 times a day for a period of 1 week.
